The goal of this solicitation is to select a best value Air Compressor Maintenance vendor for routine maintenance services and any related as needed services to various UTD locations. The Office of Facilities Management of The University of Texas at Dallas the University is seeking proposals from qualified providers each, a Contractor to perform air compressor maintenance and repair services (the Services), including emergency response, at various building locations. All questions related to this solicitation shall be submitted electronically. The Q and A period will be open from July 21, 2021 through July 30, 2021 at 12:00 PM Central. The Contractor must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing the Services on similar equipment listed in this scope of work. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring the Services under the Agreement are performed by qualified personnel. The Contractor will list all skills, experience, licenses, certifications, and other qualifications relevant to the Services for all personnel that will be assigned to perform such Services for the University. RFP submission review, vendor selection, award August 18, 2021 - August 27, 2021 University reserves the right to add, delete, or change the Services or scope of work, according to its needs, during the term of Agreement. In such cases, the Contractor will submit a formal proposal that specifies the proposed services and cost. Any added, deleted, or changed Services or scope of work will be mutually agreed upon by University and Contractor through an amendment to the Agreement.
