Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development; 660-space parking garage; and transportation facility.
As of January 27, 2022, construction started January 2022. The work may generally be described as the installation of canopies covering approximately 660 parking spaces in the Rental Car Parking Lot at Myrtle Beach International Airport. The work includes a base bid and Option No. 1. The base bid includes all work required to construct Canopies 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F, 1G, 1H and 1I including associated site work, storm drainage, landscape architecture, electrical and security work as indicated on the project drawings and project manual. Option No. 1 includes all work required to construct Canopies 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 2G, and 2H including associated site work, storm drainage, landscape architecture, electrical and security work Questions Acceptance Deadline: (PER ADDENDUM 3) Questions Acceptance Deadline REVISED to August 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM.
