Site work and new construction of a stadium in Oliver, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a stadium.
Construction of a multi-pad National Indigenous Hockey Legacy Initiative (NIHL) arena in the Oliver/Osoyoos area. The project is a partnership between the Town of Osoyoos, the Town of Oliver, and the Osoyoos Indian Band. TIMELINE: Project is in early conceptual stage. Consultations are underway regarding feasibility studies. An application for funding to the Infrastructure Canada Green and Inclusive Community Buildings (GICB) program is being planned. Further updates may be available in late summer, 2025. Budget estimate is unconfirmed.
