Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Haddonfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of October 5, 2021. The project has been awarded with the amount of $617,973.26. Bids must be submitted on standard form, which are available with the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder and shall be marked on the outside for "DEMOLITION OF VARIOUS BUILDINGS ON BLOCK 13, LOT 25. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The intent of these specifications is to provide services for the demolition, removal and disposal of all buildings on block 13 lot 25 with the exception of the three historic structures, in a manner satisfactory to the Borough of Haddonfield and in accordance with all applicable state, local and federal law, rules and regulations. Please note that the demolition is for the structure and contents of nine (9) structures located on block 13 lot 25, as identified on the photo included . There are two (2) historical structures with a black box outlined around them on the first photo of block 13 lot 25. These two structures are NOT to be demolished. There is also a stone structure outlined on the second photo of block 13 lot 25 which is by the building identified as #6. This entire structure (the stone building and the wooden addition)are NOT to be demolished. Demolition shall be completed in 60 days. The successful bidder should possess broad expertise in demolition. The successful bidder shall include in the bid of the price of demolition and removal of the structure, backfilling of foundation hole and rough grading and tamping of backfill to prevent erosion or surface water nuisance on this cleared lot, removing trash, rubbish, and debris, leaving lot clean and leveled to uniform grade. No demolition work shall begin until a permit is issued, the fee will be waived.
