Renovation of a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of September 21, 2021, the project has been awarded to DM Stanek Corporation for $1,254,810.50 Remove and replace flooring, refresh paint throughout the hospital 1st floor to meet the UMC standards. Remove and replace the existing security desk with a new design which will provide an additional work station. Refresh existing two restrooms in Trauma 1st floor with new finishes and fixtures. ESTIMATED COST: $750,000 If your firm is unfamiliar with the OWNER Bid Submittal procedures and would like to obtain training on the submittal process for this Bid, please contact Fran Heiy at (702-207-8846) no later than Monday, July 26, 2021, and a training session will be provided immediately following the pre-bid conference referenced above.
