SODIUM CHLORIDE - approx. 21,039 tons, SOLAR SALT - approx. 308 tons and ENHANCED DEICER - approx. 3,340 tons for winter 2021-22. Bids must be on Township-furnished forms and submitted in a sealed envelope marked SODIUM CHLORIDE BID with the name, address and phone of bidder. Bids must be accompanied by bid bond or certified check in amount of 10% of the bid. Bid is a cooperative bid on behalf of the boroughs of Downingtown, Malvern & West Chester; City of Coatesville; Townships of E. Bradford, E. Caln, E. Fallowfield, E. Pikeland, E. Vincent, E. Whiteland, N. Coventry, Schuylkill, Tredyffrin, U. Uwchlan, Uwchlan, Wallace, W. Bradford, W. Brandywine, W. Pikeland, W. Whiteland & Willistown. The Township reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids, for any reason and reserves the right to waive any non-conformity with respect to any bid or any error with respect to the same.
