Site work and renovation of a civil project in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Any potential bidder MUST obtain the Project RFP/Specifications/Plans from WVSA and MUST pay the $75.00 fee. The project is to remove (8) deteriorated reinforced concrete effluent troughs located in WVSA CSO Tank #1 and replace them with custom fabricated 316 stainless steel trough assemblies. The project is located at WVSA WWTP in Hanover Township. All work is to be performed in accordance with WVSA Project Drawings and Specifications. Detailed fabrication drawings ("shop drawings") will be provided by WVSA for all required fabrications. The project will include but not be limited to selective demolition of reinforced concrete troughs, disposal of reinforced concrete debris, saw cutting/grinding concrete & concrete preparation, fabrication of 316 stainless steel troughs/brackets & polyester fiberglass weir plates, procurement of installation hardware/anchors/installation materials, etc., installation/assembly of (8) new fabricated troughs, installation of new weir plates, modification to existing weir plates, concrete surface preparation and concrete repairs/coating. All labor, tools, equipment and materials for the project shall be provided by the contractor. This project is subject to the provisions of the "Steel Products Procurement Act" of March 3, 1978.
