Renovation of a laboratory facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Work under this Contract will include, but is not limited to the following at the AAFC Saskatoon Research and Development Centre: the removal of the existing rooftop air-cooled chiller, and replacement with a new air-cooled chiller; a secondary air-cooled chiller and fluid cooler shall be provided, both on new steel structure; all electrical and controls work required for the new installation and all the chiller water piping modifications and installation required for the operation of the chillers and fluid cooler are included in the Work; the existing chiller pumps are to be removed and replaced with new chiller pumps; as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000.
