SUMMARY OF WORK A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General Construction B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Construction of new paved bike trail, rerouting the Steamboat Loop trail section up through Tower Hill. Total length of trail is 1.48 miles. Major Work Items Include: Clear and Grub - 5.5 Acres; Excavation- 55,190 CY; Preassembled Silt Fence - 7,290 LF; Granular Borrow 500 CY; Grade and Compact Subgrade 12,122 SY; Aggregate Base Class 5 -12,122 SY (6 in thick); Bituminous Surface - 8,655 SY (2.5 in thick); Corrugated Aluminum Steel Pipes - 660 LF; Precast concrete MH structures, castings and grates - 6; Turf Establishment - 8.2 Acres; Erosion Control Blanket - 7,086 S.Y.
