The City of Newport Beach (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing Public Works/Capital Improvement Program specific engineering services (Service). The objective of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process is to solicit responses from various civil engineering firms in order to generate a Pre-Qualified Consultant List for Civil Engineering Services. Only those firms who submit SOQs under this RFQ and which are selected, may submit responses on the City's future Request for Proposals (RFP) for On-Call Civil Engineering Services. Do not submit any consultant fee schedules as part of an rfq response.
