Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid. 1. Provide all cast in place building concrete, including but not limited to foundations, footings, grade beams, slab-on-grade, and aggregate base. 2. Provide all structural excavation and backfill including but not limited to loading, hauling and offsite disposal of all excess spoils. 3) Provide all slab-on-grade granular fill for drainage under the slab on grade. 4) Provide all vapor barrier under the slab on grade 5) Provide all bollard concrete foundations including installation of embedded bollards. Concrete fill all bollards including boltedin place, removable, etc. Clean bollards of concrete splatters and provide ready for paint. 6) Provide all concrete related earthwork (both machine and handwork) including all excavation, rock excavation, thickened areas, fine grading, backfill with approved backfill materials, and compaction in accordance with all Division 31 specifications and as required by the Geotechnical Report. This subcontractor shall receive building sub-grade balanced to zero of slabon-grade sub-grade elevation (bottom of aggregate base) from earthwork subcontractor. 7) As required, re-work, re-compact and fine grade to previous tolerances all sub-grade surfaces as required for slab-on-grade following completion of foundation backfill, and/or other work of this trade causing irregularities in sub-grade prior to aggregate capillary base course placement. 8) Provide all termite control pre-treatment work in accordance with the contract documents. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing all the necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, insurance, equipment, scaffolding, hoisting, fees, etc. necessary to provide the work for the project in accordance with the Contract Documents. It is further understood and agreed that this Subcontract also includes the furnishing and installation of the items listed in the Scope of Work (Exhibit A) regardless of whether or not they are in the listed specification section(s) or any other specification section(s), or shown on the plans. This scope listing is to be used as a guideline and should not be considered as an all-inclusive list of items required to provide a complete scope of work under this proposal.
