Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deer Park, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of the removal and replacement of existing pedestrian curb ramps at multiple locations on D St in the City of Deer Park. Additional project elements include cement concrete traffic curb and gutter, asphalt paving repairs, concrete cross gutters, removal and replacement of existing painted cross walks, and landscape restoration. The project consists of a base bid and two bid alternates. Project award will based upon the base bid plus cumulative bid alternates up to the project budget amount. The project budget will be announced after 2:00 PM on the bid opening date and prior to opening of the sealed bids. All contractors must be licensed to conduct business in Washington State. In person acceptance of delivered bids will be available during posted City Hall hours. SEALED BID PROPOSALS MUST BE DELIVERED BEFORE 2:00 P.M. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Only properly executed proposals submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Deer Park will be accepted. All bidders are required to submit a list of subcontractors that will perform work on the project amounting to ten percent (10%) or more of the contract amount. Rejection of Bids: The City of Deer Park shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
