Thirteen (13) different Equipment RFP's for the ACTON MUD CWSRF Wastewater System Improvements Project Requests for Information (RFIs) are due to 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 9, 2021. The selected Respondent to this Request for Proposals (RFP) shall supply a Backup Generator Systemwith a design capacity of 750 kilo-Watts (kW), consisting of all required equipment, controls, appurtenances, and manufacturer's services as defined herein for a complete and operational system. The Backup Generator supplier shall be regularly engaged in the design, manufacture, and assembly of BackupGenerator systems of the size and type specified. The Backup Generator system will be installed by a general contractor (GC) on a new equipment pad constructed by the GC as part of the AMUD Wastewater System Improvements project, funded by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) of the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). The GC project will be bid separately. The selected Backup Generator proposal and price will be included in the Contract Documents of the GC project when it is bid, with the Backup Generator price as an allowance line item on the GC bid form.
