Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

Control Number 17226701. The City of Moncton requires the services of a professional, qualified, and experienced contractor to upgrade a portion of various existing trails. This upgrade will include raising the trail and upgrading the abutments on an existing pedestrian bridge, as indicated in the attached Drawings (Appendix D). The project includes, but is not limited to: Installing retaining walls to create wingwalls at an existing pedestrian bridge, Adding new gravels to raise a portion of the existing Spillway Trail in Irishtown Park and the Gitpo Trail in Riverfront Park. Install new culverts as indicated on the drawings and as determined on site. A Bid Bond, Certified Cheque, Money Order, or Irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit, Made Payable to "the City of Moncton", in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Tendered Price (Taxes Included shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that a Contract will be entered if a bid is accepted. Bank drafts shall not be accepted. Any bid submitted with a Bank Draft as a bid security will be Rejected. All work encompassed in this document, including the Specifications and Drawings, is anticipated to be completed on or before November 12, 2021. Award is subject to final approval
