Remodeling of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Union Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
re-modeling the existing six Nurse Stations to create enclosed work space, new reception counter for computer stations and patient transactions, chart room cabinets and new counter tops. The electrical and fire alarm systems will also be upgraded to accommodate the new configuration. Other work includes re-finishing of two elevator cabs and replacing the reception desk at the main entrance of the facility. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. The successful mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection Bidder must agree to commence the work 9 on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" issued by the General Prime Contractor 10 and to fully complete all the work within 120 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Completion time will be 11 converted to a specific date at the time the "Notice to Proceed" is issued. Refer also to General Conditions, 12 Article entitled "Time for Completion of the Project.”
