All questions regarding the project or bidding procedures are to be emailed to: Wolgast Corporation, Attn: Mike Feuerstein, Project Manager, email mfeuerstein@wolgast.com The Contractor shall provide a written Guarantee for all labor, material, equipment, and workmanship for a minimum period of two (2) years from the date of Substantial Completion of the project (or longer period of time if stipulated in the specifications) covering the work of their entire Bid Division(s). The Contractor shall also provide a written Warranty covering all work of their entire Bid Division(s) for a minimum period of two (2) years from the date of final project completion (or a longer period of time if stipulated in the specifications). The Contractor shall further provide all supplier, manufacturer, Subcontractor, and other written guaranties and warranties covering the work of the entire Bid Division(s) as required by the project specifications. Contractors shall limit their use of the Project site for Work and storage, to allow for: Work by other Contractors. Contractors shall coordinate their use of the Project site under the direction of the Construction Manager. Contractors shall assume full responsibility for the protection and safekeeping of materials and equipment stored on the site. No security will be employed. Each Contractor shall move any stored material or equipment under their control if it interferes with operations of the Owner or other Contractors, as directed by the Construction Manager. Contractors shall obtain and pay for additional storage or work areas needed for operations not allowed on the site.
