Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Walnut, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Bid No. 081721-1 CUPCCAA No. 081721-1 Construction of new 1-story, 10,000 square feet, music building and new asphalt volleyball courts. MEP subcontractors MUST be PREQUALIFIED. As a condition of submitting a bid for this Project, and in accordance with California Public Contract Code section 20111.6, prospective bidders are required to submit to the District a completed set of prequalification documents on forms provided by the District. These documents will be the basis for determining which bidders are qualified to bid on this Project. Bids will not be accepted if a Contractor has not been prequalified where prequalification is required. Prequalification documents are available from the Walnut Valley Unified School District Website at www.wvusd.k12.ca.us, and at www.qualitybidders.com. Prequalification documents must be submitted by August 3, 2021. Contractors will be notified by telephone, fax or by mail of their prequalification rating within a reasonable period of time after submission of their prequalification documents, but not less than five business days prior to the bid opening date.
