Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of cleaning and rehabilitation of an existing water well, including replacement of 600 gpm pump and motor replacement as needed (Key Map No. 332-K). Questions for this project will be accepted up until 72 hours prior to bid opening. responses to questions will be provided in addendum form in accordance with the instructions to bidders. no responses will be provided through the website q/a platform. Request clarification of the Drawings, Specifications, Contract Documents or other information can be clarified through the Engineer. Response by the Engineer to Requests for Information does not authorize the Contractor to perform tasks outside scope of Work. Changes must be authorized as described in this Section. The Site is identified in the Bidding Documents. By definition, the Site includes rights-ofway, easements, and other lands furnished by Owner for the use of the Contractor. Any additional lands required for temporary construction facilities, construction equipment, or storage of materials and equipment, and any access needed for such additional lands, are to be obtained and paid for by Contractor.
