**As of 12/17/2021 Project was awarded to Name: Platinum Touch Design Studios, Inc awa amount $ 45,010.80 The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from one qualified sources to furnish, deliver and install the Window Treatments as specified herein for the Inn at Foster Falls renovation project located at the New River Trail State Park Work Location:Inn at Foster Falls at New River Trail State Park 116 Orphanage Dr Max Meadows, VA 24360 The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals necessary to furnish and install window treatments as specified in this solicitation. All equipment, materials and installation work shall comply with this specification, the Virginia OSHA Standards, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. Work Hours: All services shall be performed, unless mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Park Representative, during normal business hours, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except for State & Federal Holidays.
