As of March 2023, construction is underway and estimated for completion Spring 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Project inspection services, special inspection services and construction management. The Consultants services are required from start to completion of the Polliwog Park Lower Playground Replacement Project (Project) to ensure the Contractor performs all the necessary work as described in the contract documents for Project No. M-985, Bid No. E1262-21C, as well as other tasks identified herein. All work will be performed to the highest professional standards and will reflect the thoroughness, attention to detail and professional knowledge expected in overview of all the associated construction phases. It is the Citys preference that the project inspection and construction management tasks be performed by the same person, since the construction management tasks are intended to be performed on a part-time basis. The construction management services will be considered as a potential additive scope of work at the Citys discretion to include in the agreement resulting from this RFP.
