Installation of all new lighting fixtures and lamps. Operating and maintenance, and identification instructions. A complete and operational installation of new lighting system. door hardware installation sealant at exterior thresholds metal doors and frames. - Remove existing non-load bearing partition wall - remove ceiling, lighting, etc. As required for the the design. - Remove existing furnishing - Reconfigure existing space, interior remodel - Modify existing utility as required for the new classroom to accommodate new layout - Mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrade as required Equipment installation as required
