Whitfield County is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified vendors to furnish Construction Manager-at-Risk Services for the renovation of the Dalton-Whitfield Library located at 310 Cappes Street Dalton, GA 30720 Proposers shall provide a Lump-sum price for pre-construction services including but not limited to: Pricing at various stages of completion of drawings Determination of schedule Consult with project Architect regarding to cost, materials, lead-times, etc. Proposers are also to provide a lump-sum or percentage fee for the Construction and Warranty Phases of the work. A Selection Committee will determine the Firm believed to be most qualified to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk Services. Additionally, this Firm should provide all necessary staff and support through the One-Year Warranty Period as part of their Basic Services.
