Project Title: This is a firm fixed price requirements-type construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools, transportation and other incidental items to perform Open-End roofing repairs/installation and related w ork located at various Army installations (to include, but not limited to Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Wheeler Army Airfield, Helemano Military Reservation, Tripler Army Medical Center, Aliamanu Military Reservation, and Fort Derussy, Haw aii.) NAICS: 238160 Magnitude of Construction: More than $10,000,000 GENERAL INFORMATION This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is 8(a) Set-Aside. The NAICS is 238160 and the Size Standard is $16,500,000. Bids from contractors that do not meet this size standard will be deemed non-responsive and will receive no consideration for award. 1. CONTRACT TYPE. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price requirement type construction contract. Split or multiple awards will not result from this acquisition. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The anticipated period of performance will be a base year and two (2) oneyear option periods as shown below: Base Year 1 June 2022 - 31 May 2023 Option 1 1 June 2023 - 31 May 2024 Option 2 1 June 2024 - 31 May 2025 QUESTIONS. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms and conditions of the IFB and is most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. 5. DUE DATE. All bids must be received by the due date indicated in the IFB. . BID OPENING DATE AND TIME. Due date and time is Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic face to face public bid opening will not be conducted.
