Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 20-story above grade, 1,348-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; clubhouse / community center; and 348-unit multi-residential development.
Construction of the Alexandra Park Revitalization as follows: Phase 2B (Site 17) north of Paul Lane Gardens, with Augusta Avenue to the west, scope of work may include a new community centre for the community, a 12-storey rental apartment building, and 1 block of 22 townhouses. Phase 2B (Site 6) north of Grange Avenue includes an L-shaped Market Condo building (20, 17 and stepped down to 4 storeys). Phase 2C (Sites 8, 9 and 18) south of Grange Avenue includes 3 blocks of replacement social housing units, a 12-storey building and a 17-storey Market Condo building. Phase 2D (Sites 4 and 5) includes an L-Shaped Market Condo market building (15, 16 and stepped down to 3 storeys) as well as 1 block of replacement social housing units. These buildings will comprise 349 RGI replacement units and 1,348 market condos. Once Phase 2D is completed, the project will be fully complete. TIMELINE: Preliminary designs are underway. Scope of work has yet to be finalized Sub trade tender details and construction schedules have yet to be finalized. The next phase of construction will however be Phase 2B.
