New construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and retail development.
Construction for of Phase 2B of the Alexandra Park Revitalization is located at Site 17 north of Paul Lane Gardens, with Augusta Avenue to the west, an existing TCHC seniors building at 91 Augusta Avenue to the north and the proposed central green and woonerf-type private lane to the east. The proposed scope of work includes a new community centre that will act as the heart of the Alexandra Park community. Building upon the APCC Vision Report, we aim to create a beautiful and practical building that will change and grow to meet the needs of Alexandra Park as the neighbourhood evolves. The project will also deliver super sustainable new homes in a variety of sizes and types including a high-rise rental apartment building, and 22 townhouses. TIMELINE: A Public Information Centre was held September 2022. An application has been submitted to the city of Toronto to lift the hold symbol (H) to the approved rezoning as part of Alexandra Park, for Phase 2B. Detailed design is underway. Working drawings may proceed late 2024/early 2025. Tender and construction schedules will be finalized summer 2025. Tender and construction schedules are undetermined.
