Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform the installation of an Insulated Concrete Forming System. Furnish all labor to include placement of reinforcing steel within forms, placement of concrete into forms, and final cleanup. If the bid is $50,000 or greater, bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the base bid. Bid bond shall be executed by a Surety Company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and countersigned by a licensed Kentucky Resident Agent, representing the Surety Company. Bid Bonds are not required for bids under $50,000. A cashiers check or irrevocable letter of credit is an acceptable form of bid security. The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government may be served.
