Renovation of a mixed-use development in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and parking garage.
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids to replace five (5) overhead garage doors and three (3) steel insulated man doors at a storage building at the Southcentral Region Office in Smithfield Township, Huntingdon County. The scope of the project generally includes carpentry, masonry and electrical trades in conjunction with the replacement of the existing garage and man doors. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, and all Bidders will be advised of the Bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful Bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
