Specifications and is summarized as follows:
1. Remove existing roofing membranes and insulation.
2. Remove existing counter flashings, scuppers, and copings.
3. Cut holes in existing brick masonry parapets for new scuppers.
4. Install new membrane roofing system and insulation.
5. Replace roof drains.
6. Install new base and counter flashings.
7. Repair brick masonry.
8. Install new scuppers.
