The University of Texas System ("Owner") and University of Texas Rio Grande Valley are soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("Proposals") for selection of a General Contractor firm for UTRGV Edinburg Campus Liberal Arts Building South (ELABS) Roof Replacement Project ("Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals. Replace roof drains. 6. Install new base and counter flashings. 7. Repair brick masonry. 8. Install new scuppers. 9.
