The intent of this project is to provide comprehensive Professional Architectural and Engineering Services as required to determine existing conditions, develop schematic drawings, and produce a complete set of construction documents for the replacement of the two (2) West Wing secure elevators at the Monmouth County Courthouse, 71 Monument Street, Freehold, NJ 07728. This Project is for the replacement of two (2) approximately 50 year old five stop elevators located in the secure corridor of the West Wing Courthouse and associated equipment.
