The Idaho Department of Lands shall award the contract to the qualified respondent submitting the lowest responsive quote Questions pertaining to this RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to Patsi Shandera at pshandera@idl.idaho.gov . The deadline for receiving questions is 1:00 p.m., PT on August 9, 2021. Responses to questions received will be posted on the IDL website at www.idl.idaho.gov . Verbal questions will not be accepted.
