Renovation of a library in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
This project consists of removing two existing air handling units located in the Activities Building and one air handling unit in the Library Building on the Inver Hills Community College Campus. Each building will have one new air handling unit installed to for replacement of existing. Due to space constraints for bringing new equipment into the existing mechanical rooms, the project indicates the installation of "build-in-place" air handling units to accommodate the existing space constraints. The project will also include ductwork and piping modifications, replacement of hot water convertors, heating water pumps, and condensate return pumps. Existing control system will be upgraded to replace any existing pneumatic controls with DDC. Project also consists of ceiling tile work, electrical power, DDC controls (UHL), and general construction activities. The Architect/Engineer and/or College/University Representatives will review the bidding procedures, Bidding Documents and other conditions with interested Bidders and answer questions.
