Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Cornell, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of October 31 2022 this project is still pending an award. The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: Pulverizing 8,500 sy HMA, 3" 8,500 sy Traffic Control 1 ls Manhole and Gate Valve Adjustment 20 ea The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, payable to the owner, equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal, or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the state of Wisconsin, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The City of Cornell reserves the right to reject any, or all, of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: A. Project consists of, but is not limited to, pulverizing, grading, manhole and gate valve adjustments, traffic control, HMA pavement, and shouldering.
