Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brookhaven, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Questions are due no later than Friday, August 09, 2024, 4:00 p.m. EST Peachtree Creek Greenway Phase III from Briarwood Road to SR 155 The Peachtree Creek Greenway Phase III project will construct a 14-foot-wide multi-use path and will loosely parallel Peachtree Creek from Briarwood Road to SR 155/Clairmont Road (segment 6 as identified in the adopted Peachtree Creek Greenway Master Plan including the side trail/boardwalk over to Clairmont Way). It will cross Briarwood Road to connect with Phase I, which currently terminates on the West side of Briarwood Road. There will be several minor bridges required to cross North Fork Peachtree Creek tributaries and to cross environmentally sensitive areas. The City intends to design and construct this phase with local funds and does not plan to seek federal or state funding for the project. The design for the Peachtree Creek Greenway Phase III project will follow all established streetscape, material, and design standards created for the Peachtree Creek Greenway.
