Construction is estimated to take place in May of 2022. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Griffin Middle School, Remodeling and Renovations to Building 15 RFQ 488-2022 Hartsfield Elementary School, Building 2 Cafeteria Replacement Project Pursuant to Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, and the Chapter 6A-2.0010, F.A.C. the School Board of Leon County, Florida, is seeking Architectural Consulting Services for the above referenced projects. Firms who are interested in providing Services to the Leon County School Board are hereby notified to submit six (6) bound Qualification Statements in a sealed package which is clearly marked on the outside with the RFQ number, title of the project and date/time of RFQ opening for which the qualification statement is intended. A separate set of six (6) bound Qualification Statements must be submitted for each solicitation the firm is interested in providing services for. Qualification Statements received after the deadline or submitted via facsimile or electronic mail will not be considered. The Leon County School Board reserves the right to waive any informality in the selection process and to reject any or all qualification statements when such a waiver or rejection is in the best interest of the Leon County School Board.
