For services to provide classroom, and virtual instructor-led education and training services for inspector asphalt education program courses for TxDOT employees. Services must be offered virtually, at locations off-site and at District office locations. Questions and Answers 7/30/2021 To be entitled to consideration, vendor must have available the necessary organization and facilities to fulfill all the requirements under the contract. Only personnel trained to perform the solicited services or, if applicable, licensed to perform such services must be employed under and for the contract. Vendor must, at its own cost, obtain any licenses, certifications and permits required for the performance of the service. The initial term of one year commences upon the issuance of a contract by TxDOT and automatically expires on August 19, 2022, with the option to renew for three one-year periods at TxDOT's sole discretion TxDOT reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any response, waive minor technicalities, and make an award to best serve the interests of the State. TxDOT reserves the right to reject any response not prepared and submitted in accordance with the solicitation requirements.
