Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Point, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project or Work consists of the renovation of an existing operations building to convert warehouse space into additional offices and locker rooms for HRSD staff. Exterior work is limited to new utility lines and new windows. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid shall be submitted electronically with each Bid. Contractor registration in accordance with Title 2.2, Chapter 43 and Title 54.1, Chapter 11, Code of Virginia is required Technical questionsshould be submitted Electronically as an online discussion.
