As of October 8, 2021, this project already went out for bid. They’re in the process of reviewing and awarding the bids for BP 3C. Construction has started. In the beginning phase. The Inpatient Facility project is for a new ground up hospital located on 12 acres on the main medical and research campus. The project includes 96 beds for use when the hospital opens and total capacity of 144 beds with future buildout. The project additionally includes medical office spaces, a 640-car precast parking garage, and a 200-car surface parking lot.General Works, Final Clean, Masonry, Metas, Architectural Millwork, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Openings, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Furnishings, Special Construction, Chutes, Audio Video Systems, Fences and Gates, and Landscaping and Irrigation.
