The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the following project: FISH LAKE BOWERY HAVEN MARINA RENOVATION DIVISION OF WILDLIFE RESOURCES - FISH LAKE, UTAH DFCM PROJECT #18272520 Project Description: Update and reconfigure the Bowery Haven Marina at Fish lake. Construction Cost Estimate: $1,734,000.00 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and in U3P. The Division of Facilities Construction & Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State. Liquidated Damages: $1000 Qualification Requirements: The contractor must provide proof of 2 projects of prior experience by either the contractor or sub-contractor with mining rocks, earthen embankments, and major dewatering. Additional Project Information: The contractor cannot start work until September 7th at the Bowery Haven Marina.
