Renovation of a fire / police facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
As of March 20, 2024 project is not yet been awarded. The Project includes removing and replacing the existing metal roofing system at Casper Fire Station No. 3. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral interpretations, clarifications, or comments are not binding upon the City, and do not serve to amend, modify, or in any way change the basic Bidding Documents, and shall be relied upon by Bidder at his own risk. WHEREAS, the City of Casper desiresto remove and replace the existing architecturalsteel panel roofing system, vented ridge cap, gutters, downspouts, metal caps, coping, curbs, eave cleats, and skylight covers at Casper Fire-EMS Station No. 3, 2140 East 12 th Street, Casper, Wyoming 82601;
