Site work for a stadium in Deland, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.

Upon award the successful bidder will also be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory contract 100% Performance and Construction Bond to be recorded by the vendor, with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Volusia County, Florida, to enter into a contract for services with the City of DeLand Bid Bond 5% The City of Deland Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Offers, to Waive Informalities, and to Accept All or Any Part of Any Offer as May Be Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the City.The City of DeLand reserves the right to reject offers containing terms or conditions contradictory to those requested in the invitation specifications.
