The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority is seeking qualified companies to bid on the removal and replacement of two new HVAC Chillers and associated improvements at Westgate Tower, located at 6100 Leavenworth Rd, Kansas City, KS 66104. Only electronic PDF bid packages will be available from Davidson Associates, Inc.by contacting paulbiersmith@davidsonassociatesinc.com. This project is federally funded and subject to all applicable regulations. Prevailing wages must be paid, per the wage rates in the specifications. The Authority reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any and all bids, or request additional information from any bidder. The Project consists of removing and providing exterior repairs, painting and exterior lighting for each of the housing units listed in the following family housing developments.
