The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program a fee of 1/3% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $100.00 and a maximum of $5,000.00. A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Nether Providence Township, must accompany each bid.
