The project consists of but is not limited to: Replacement of the existing Elevator Equipment at Crestview Apartments. Location- Crestview Apartments Elevator Modernization 1300-1400 Crestline Ave Cleveland, OH 44109 1. Replace elevator pit ladders. 2. Construct three new elevator machine rooms complete including but not limited to new walls, door, ceiling, lighting, power, and HVAC. 3. Construct new tenant storage closets to replace the closets demolished under this work, as shown on the plans. 4. Provide elevator modernization of the four existing hydraulic elevators to include the following: a. Remove and dispose of all existing elevator equipment not indicated to remain. b. Provide all new components as indicated in the specifications to include but not limited to the following: 1) Elevator Controllers. 2) Elevator machines 3) Cab doors. 4) Elevator cab wall, floor, and ceiling finishes. 5) Elevator call devices and indicator. c. The following existing elevator components shall remain and be reused: 1) See specification Section 142400 - Hydraulic Elevator Modernization. d.
