Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Cayuga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,196-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
PREQUALIFIED General Contractors only. Roofing Contractors are PREQUALIFIED as well. Scope of work includes a third service bay addition to the Kohler garage and renovations to the existing office building portion. The addition will be built off the existing garage and will also include repairs to ventilation, plumbing and trench drains. A new exhaust system within the garage portion of the building will be installed including all associated infrastructure to support the new system. The renovations within the office building will include removal of walls and paneling to re-create the floor plan. This includes washroom/shower facilities, offices and lunch rooms. There will be new window installations, in addition to foundation wall repairs, fenestration repairs and sealants/gaskets where required. The scope of work also includes the complete removal of the existing roof material on this portion of the building. Approximate total sq ft including perimeter roofing equates to 4,196 sq ft.
