Intermediate completion shall be achieved no later than November 18, 2022. Final completion shall be achieved no later than June 23, 2023. Liquidated damages will be in the amount of $800.00 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for intermediate completion, and $800.00 for each calendar day of delay from the date established for final completion. Bidders requesting plans mailed to their office shall send the payment and include their FedEx or UPS account number. Each General Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of $10,000. The successful Bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and will be required to execute the Contract Agreement within 10 days following notification of the acceptance of his Bid. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. Questions must be in written form and submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Responses to written questions will be sent to prospective bidders via an addendum. Bidders must supply all the information required by the proposal forms. The Town of Conway reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received.
