Terrebonne Parish has applied for and received a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Predisaster Mitigation (PDM) program grant to update the Parish's Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP). This will be the fourth iteration of a plan that was last updated in 2020. The Parish is interested in procuring the services of a professional hazard mitigation consulting firm (Contractor) to assist the parish in updating the current data in the HAZUS Database, running a Level 2 analysis, incorporating the new preliminary DFIRMs now available, and updating the Steering Committee and the plan as needed. This second Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) (hereinafter referred to as the Parish) for the purpose of entering into a contract with a firm that will provide qualified personnel proficient in data mining and research and the HAZUS program in addition to the traditional planning and communication roles. The original request for proposals response did not meet proposal requirements. All applicants must be registered with the Federal System of Awards Management.
