Demolition, site work and addition to a library in Millville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,626-square-foot, one-story above grade library; for the demolition of a library; and for site work for a library.
FPA No. 17122.001R1 The Cumberland County Improvement Authority is not responsible for any hand delivered or third party delivered bids that do not arrive at the proper time or location. Any such bid will be returned unopened to the vendor. All documents contained in this package must be returned to the Cumberland County Improvement Authority in their original form. No substitutions, alterations, or modifications of any of the bid documents are permitted. Questions regarding the bid must be made via e-mail to Mort Isaacson at misaacson@theauthoritynj.com, Subject: Millville Public Library Expansion - Bid. All questions must be received no later than 2:00 pm, Tuesday, 11/16/2021. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. This bid is being solicited through fair and open process in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4, and shall be in conformance with the applicable requirements of the "Local Public Contracts Law," N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. The Contractor will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 (Anti-Discrimination in Employment), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Equal Employment Opportunity), 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq. (Americans with Disabilities Act), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (New Jersey Business Registration), and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 regarding the submission of a list of all Stockholders, Members or Partners owning more than ten percent (10%) stock or interest in their Corporation, Limited Liability Company or Partnership. All Contractors are placed on notice that they are required to comply with all requirements of P. L. 1975, Chapter 127 and N.J.A.C. 17:27. All Contractors and subcontractors must provide a copy of their State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury prior to the time a contract is awarded or authorized. Contractors shall not submit bids with qualifying conditions or provisions.
