Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint George, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,000-square-foot municipal facility.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to necessary to add Conklin Rapid Roof 3 coating or approved equal to the approximately 17,000 sq ft metal roof at 2120 E. Main St. Dorchester SC. The project scope includes the following: 1. Contractor shall clean existing metal roof and remove any foreign martials that may keep new coating from adhering to the metal surface. 2. Contractor shall apply one (1) coat of Conklin Rapid Roof 3 system primer with antirusting agent. Second will be Conklin Rapid Roof 3 system acrylic topcoat. 3. Approved equals are permitted, but contractor must submit proposed equals to the County for review and approval prior to quote submission. 4. Contractor shall clean-up any debris and remedy any problems related to the application of the product. 5. Contractor shall provide a one (1) year workmanship warranty. 6. Contractor's product/manufacturer shall provide at least a ten (10) year warranty. 7. Contractor shall provide a signed inspection report from the manufacturer of the product that the finished work meets the manufacturer's recommendations. 8. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any license and permits needed to comply with all state and local laws. Including but not limited to, business license, permits, w-9 and COI. 9. Contractors may submit quotes for replacement of the skylights on the roof with a substantially similar product as an alternate item - this should be quoted as a separate line item from the sealing tasks Work will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. The lowest quote that meets all requirements, as verified by the County Facilities Director, will be issued a purchase order that represents a contract between the County and the vendor. Acceptance of the purchase order by the vendor indicates acceptance of these RFQ terms and conditions as the contractual terms and conditions of this purchase.
