The Owner will enter into one contract with the successful General Contractor, who will be fully responsible for coordination of all required work between all trades. Proposals must be mailed or delivered in person to Holland City Hall, Attn. Lynn McCammon, at 270 South River Avenue, Holland, Michigan 49423. Per MCL 129.201, for any contract or bid for alterations or repairs of a City Building that exceeds $50,000, contractors are required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond to be paid by the contractor.
