A timeline for the award is not yet established.** The City of Lenexa, Kansas (City) is pleased to issue this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") for the Construction Management at Risk Services (Services). The City requests a qualifications proposal ("Proposal") for the services of a Construction Manager at Risk (CM) to assist the City during the design and execution of a new Lenexa Justice Center (Project) located in Lenexa, Kansas. Requests for information regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Todd Pelham, Deputy City Manager, no later than 5 PM, August 17, 2021, tpelham@lenexa.com
